(COVENANTS COMPONENTS IN CHURCH MEMBERSHIP)
Luke 1:72-75 KJVS
[72] To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant; [73] The oath which he sware to our father Abraham, [74] That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of
the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, [75] In holiness and righteousness before him, all
the days of our life.
The second component of a power member from Rom. 9:4 is COVENANTS .
God’s dealings with men is often ratified by covenants. Covenant is a strong term that GOD employs to
confirm His immutability that He would not change. Whatever makes GOD strikes a covenant with man
simply establishes that He will come through for you no matter what. In Covenant, GOD says “ I WILL
KEEP MY WORD TO YOU”. “It means I will not turn back again on you since we are here”. Covenant is a
solution to contradictions of life.
Psalm 89:33-35 KJVS
[33] Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.
[34] My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. [35] Once have I sworn
by my holiness that I will not lie unto David.
Nothing transfers virtues upon generations than Covenants. It is a spiritual factor for sharing what is
upon the principal participants of the covenant. Abraham is the father of Faith and the church is
partaking of what GOD entered into with him. Spiritual
virtues are shareable and transferable.
In a similar vein, GOD makes different covenants with a people at different times. And all who key into
the covenants by sacrificial commitments to the terms and vision of the house will partake of such
inheritance. For instance, certain covenants have been proclaimed over the house of DACC. They are
yours to enjoy;
Covenant of there shall be no loss,
Covenant of I shall not be stranded,
Covenant of from Less to More,
Covenant of I am more and mightier,
Covenant of wealth and lots more.
It is your privilege in the vision of the house. It is a pathway of exemption from the prevailing negatives
around you. Your case is different, you are covered by Covenant.
