Omotayo Samson Omoniyi
is an ordained minister of the gospel. He is the Senior Pastor and Founder of DESTINY ALIVE INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES (INC.) with its National Headquarters in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. He is also
the President of Destiny Alive Institute of Biblical Studies.
He is called with Apostolic Mandate and Prophetic unction into the body of Christ. He held several leadership offices right from his college days, National
Youth Service Corps and his first place of full-time pastoral assignment in Port Harcourt. He was General Secretary of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) Oshimili South Local government and also the Assistant General Secretary of the same organization at the state level, Delta State.
In Oct. 10, 2000,
 he pioneered Destiny Alive Christian Centre in Asaba, Delta State. Having been under tutelage in ministry for 6 years in Port Harcourt city, by divine leading, he began the first missionary journey to start a church amongst people of different culture and language in Asaba, South-South region of Nigeria. The church began with four (4) people in an uncompleted
building, outskirts of the city. However, to the glory of GOD, the church is growing in leaps and bound and serves as home for hundreds of worshippers across different nationalities. The church has outreach Centers in Accra, Ghana and Leeds, United Kingdom. From this
centre, leaders and workers are groomed, trained and sent to different places to advance the cause kingdom.
Omotayo Samson Omoniyi served as the lead Pastor of the headquarter church in Nigeria until December 15, 2020 when he set out on Apostolic assignment far away in Canada, North America. This is in furtherance to  what God spoke about his assignment even before the church began in Asaba. While waiting before the Lord in prayers to start the first missionary journey in Asaba, the Lord said “He would sponsor a work in Canada from Asaba”. That sounded strange but the Lord fulfilled His promise about two decades after. He served the body of Christ in Canada as an itinerant minister in different provinces for about two years while working on his resident permit. Being granted permanent resident status in Canada, he pioneered the second missionary church in the province of British Columbia
Precisely on September 04, 2022, Destiny Alive Christian Centre began in Langley, Canada after months of preparation. The church which is currently
the International Mission Field headquarters of the church is registered in British Columbia, Canada. The church began with his immediate family that migrated to Canada for the primary purpose of the mission work. The young congregation is presently running her services on Wednesdays and Sundays at Timms Community Centre of Langley hall.

Our Assignment
The multicultural and multinational church is poised to
reaching out with
the following and more:
- Establishing the kingdom of God in the hearts of men through preaching, teaching and demonstrating the power of the gospel.
- Provide and encourage Godly values and youth services in the communities.
- Collaborate with other organizations and ministries to organize healthy sports and recreational activities to foster relationships amongst the youth and young adults.
- Organize programs and services to educate and enlighten people on productive family life.
- Provide welfare support for the less privileged and homeless in the communities.
- Establishing various outreach centers to cater for spiritual needs of the people.
- And many other assignments that the Lord would give us. The man of God runs with a mandate of "Raising a Multitude of Joyful believers that are strong in destiny and alive in their purposes".
His assignment is characterized with starting up things where little or nothing significant is ongoing. This is a proof of the hand of God upon his life “to take men from nowhere to somewhere”. Many lives and cities have witnessed this unusual and not too popular assignment. He believes what is called Miracles here on earth is simply Help from Above: hence, the prophetic statement that “HELP IS NOT FAR, WHEN GOD IS NEAR”.
In a long-drawn vision of the night while waiting on the Lord for guidance before starting, he got a word of his commission from 1 Kings 4:20. “Judah and Israel were many, as the sand which is by the sea in multitude, eating and drinking and making merry.”
He conducts Covenant Life Seminars, Help from Above outreach Special healing and Miracle Services and a guest speaker in various conventions and conferences across the nations.
He is married to Jumoke – his co-pastor and they are blessed with children, Israel, Samuel & Grace.
